From small beginnings as a parcel service founded by Ivy and Harold Clark in 1969, Garden City Couriers has grown to the substantial courier company it is today, with over 30 vehicles servicing Toowoomba and the Darling Downs. The company was originally based in Railway Street, Toowoomba..

Gary and Annette Scarborough purchased the courier business in 1993. Operations were shifted to larger premises at the current location in Newington Street and vehicles, equipment and facilities were upgraded to enhance the service level and professional image of the company.

Dave and Ali Birrell took over Garden City Couriers in June 2005 and the company continues to grow from strength to strength. Dave and Ali are hands on managers. The Toowoomba depot is over 10,000 sq ft and equipped to deal with a large volume of freight. We are responsible for Australian air Express deliveries to all Downs areas, as well as contracts with the Toowoomba Chronicle, Magazines and Followmont Transport - in addition to our busy parcel freight pickup & delivery service used by many major local businesses.
